    Jess is your number one technical support superstar! She’ll either help with your question right away, or get you in the right hands with lightning speed. We don’t always know where in the world she is, but Jess will find a sunken ship to explore anywhere!

    Technical Support & Training Coordinator

    Pam brings over 25 years of experience in the training and development field and is continuing to build on her knowledge and skills. She is eager to assist our clients with all their training and support needs! Pam loves her rescue dogs and volunteers with programs for seniors.

    Technical Support Lead

    Kelly is in charge of everything to do with the Technical Support and Training team to ensure our clients get the best possible service. Kelly has a technical background and great instincts to not only help out our users, but also develop new product enhancements to improve the experience for everyone. He's always keeping up on the latest emerging technology and how it may impact the world, or growing a beautiful garden!

    Content Administrator & Implementation Lead​

    Rachel is the attention to detail we all need - to ensure all of your program's content details are exactly as they need to be, from initial implementation to ongoing industry and program evolution. She’ll be running a marathon, or riding her endurance horses when she’s not analyzing your program needs!

    Director of Business Development

    Alex is in charge of Business Development initiatives for CompTracker and related product lines. He handles all of the market research, client facilitation, tradeshows, marketing, and product development ideas. You might hear about his latest round of golf or a sports update if you happen to ask what he’s up to!

    Mobile Development Lead

    Paul is our pro for all things mobile. He's worked on tons of projects and various technologies throughout his career, spanning industries such as oil & gas, education, and health care. His cat might be attempting a dramatic escape at any time.

    Software Quality Assurance Coordinator

    Charlene oversees and organizes all software testing procedures and tasks, to keep your experiences in tip top shape. She comes to us with almost 20 years of experience in the QA and educational software industries. You may catch her biking around the island when we're not keeping her busy!

    Zak

    Senior Software Developer

    Zak completed his degree in Computer Science at the UofA, and has a testing-based approach to the development work he does for us. He’s also the resident hardware expert.
    Zak travels regularly to participate and judge in Magic: The Gathering events around the world.

    Software Developer

    Tousif has worked in many global organizations in positions from QA to Engineering, and has a specialty in automation and improvement of processes and code base. He is very interested in learning new things and especially in learning new languages.
